How can a game amplify the power of music and give creators a stage where their compositions become dynamic, playable art? As a continuation of Virtuosos, Ongawa is a work-in-progress mobile rhythm game that blurs the line between player and musician, combining storytelling, gameplay, and creation into one seamless experience.

GLIMMER is an Alternate Reality Game(ARG) walking simulator created for the iLRN 2024 conference in Scotland. This game allows players to explore immersive learning experiences showcased by the network community.

Recently, I have been pondering a question: how can I enhance the immersion and emotional impact of a musical composition? After much consideration, I came to the conclusion that rather than creating just a standalone piece, it would be better to develop a rhythm game.

A Top-Down 2D shooter where two teams fight each other to advance in a tournament-style online game. Each player spawns with the same weapon and whichever team is last standing wins that round. Games go on for a best of 5 rounds to see who advances.

The Theme for Global Game Jam 2023 was Roots. I made a game about root within 48 hours with a few of my colleagues called Rootscaped.

Experience is a small expressive game made in 10 weeks about the process of trying to improve at something. The game involves walking through various environments which evoke feelings like those experienced when learning something new.

A 3D audio visualizer that reads in audio files, shows visualizations rendered with OpenGL. The visualizations will be rendered in real-time, and fade to black when it’s far from the viewport/camera.

「コイワズライ」(Koiwazurai) is a lovely song by the talented Japanese singer Aimer, who is noted for her mesmerizing voice and emotive performances. As one of my favorite music video arrangements that I’ve created, I specifically focused on visual details and I am pleased with how it turned out.

「Weight of the World」 is a song featured in my favorite game at all time, the 2017 video game NieR: Automata, developed by PlatinumGames and published by Square Enix. This piece serves as the main theme for NieR: Automata, and plays during the game’s opening and ending credits, as well as during several key moments in the game’s story.
